You can count on Shed Windows and More for outstanding customer service from ordering to delivery of the best quality products for the DIY builder and small contractors worldwide. Below you will find Shed Windows and More exchange, returns, and refund policies.


Return, Exchange & Refund Policies


Shed Windows and More has a 30-day return policy. All returns must still be in new condition, unused, and uninstalled for a refund. If you return items with signs of wear or installation no refund will be given.
Please remember to include all parts of the item you are returning, such as bolts, screws, packaging, etc. Any missing parts will be subtracted from the refund.
Please obtain a Return Authorization from the office before return. Please print a copy of your order and place it in the box so that the warehouse knows who is returning what item. This will also speed up your refund. Damage Windows, if your windows arrive damaged, please take a photo of the damage and e-mail the photo to info@shedwindowsandmore.com. Please reference your order number in your email. Once we receive your photo we will either replace, refund your window purchase or supply you with a return label.

All refunds are for the return of the item(s) only, not the original shipping. The return shipping is paid for by the buyer. The buyer can choose to ship back with any carrier they prefer. If we shipped your order in error then we will be glad to cover the return shipping. If we paid for the original shipping cost (free shipping) there will be a $5.00 shipping cost subtracted from your refund, unless your item was shipped in error. Damaged Shipments


Damaged FedEx, UPS, & USPS Orders/Shipments


FedEx, UPS & USPS orders are inspected and carefully packed by our warehouse staff and leave our warehouse in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, you will need to email us photos using the following email address info@shedwindowsandmore.com, all damage windows must be reported within 5 days of receiving the package(s).



When sending an email please include your order number, name, address, and phone number. Once we receive your email, we will contact you and either offer a discount, replacement, or refund. When you ship glass of any kind damages can happen, and we realize that, we do our best to prevent any damage, but once your package leaves our hands it is out of our control.
