I love how they turned out, but out of the box they need some additions to work on an aluminum door. The instructions suggest using brick molding to build a sub-frame, I used a composite deck board cut to 1 1/4" to stay away from wood. About a 5 hour job from cutting the opening to caulking, then just waited to paint.
Need spacers to snug up to the door. Other than that they're great
Very disappointed; did not fit my doors. And they only sell them in one size:(
Good fit for door and ray to put together
Very easy install, two of us together put eight off these in in less than two hours. Very good quality and a terrific improvement in the appearance.
The manual is not very specific. It does not say how big you must cut off the hole. So you must measure it by yourself and guess you did it right. After you install it you must add some support to secure it tight to your garage panel otherwise it stays some can of loose
we have been working on a barn/workshop and have a sliding door in front.this is just what we needed to see who was arriving and to let a little outside light in.
