If you want painted screws we have pan heads painted brown or white they are .03 each. But remember pan head screws will interfere with your trim work, they will not allow the trim to lay flat.

If you want to go larger try a 8” or 12” hinge, the 12” is more of a strap hinge. We have hinges from 4” up to 20”. The width of your door or gate is as important as the weight. As the width gets larger, the amount of leverage is increased which puts stress on the hinge and fasteners holding the hinge, So you might want to use a larger strap length.
