Shipping:
Our processing time is 2-3 business days and any orders received after 3pm EST Monday-Friday will be processed on the next business day (Warehouse is Closed on Saturday and Sunday). We ship via Priority Mail (small items), FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, FedEx Express, UPS Ground, or Freight Truck. Our warehouse will determine the least expensive way to ship you items to you. If you require a faster service, please call in your order so we can quote you prices on 2nd day air or next day air.
Products with Free Shipping are only available for contiguous 48 States. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are not included in Free Shipping.

Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup
We offer local delivery or in-store pickup to customers in our area for call-in orders only. Local delivery costs are between free and $150 depending on the region and size of the order.
Deliveries are made from 8 am-4 pm on Monday-Friday We will call you with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of your delivery.
In-store pickup:
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our warehouse. After placing your call-in order and selecting local pickup, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 8 am-4 pm on Monday-Friday and Saturday by appointment. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. If you have questions, email us before placing your order at info@shedwindowsandmore.com
International shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [Your Company] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@shedwindowsandmore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We can only ship to PO Boxes using USPS. If your order requires shipping by FedEx or UPS we just have a street address to ship to.
Freight Truck LTL/FTL Orders/Shipments:
To make sure you received all your items and there is no damage, please inspect the package(s)while driver is still present. You will need to sign the BOL and document any missing/damage items on the BOL before handing back to the truck driver. You can contact us either by Phone, email or fax a copy of the signed BOL with the issue to Shed Windows and More, Inc. If the driver say’s it’s not necessary to sign the BOL this will be inaccurate; when you sign a BOL without notating any damage you assume full responsibility for the shipment, and Shed Windows and More, Inc. cannot be held responsible for the damage product. Freight orders & shipments leave our warehouse in good condition and are packed well.
Shed Windows and More will file all claims with the freight company and credit you once we have received notice of claim payment(s) or resolve.
Returns:
Shed Windows and More, Inc. will accept returns within 30 days if the purchased item(s) have NOT been installed, are still new/unused and in the original condition that they were received. All parts (screws, bolts, etc.) must also be returned with the original item(s). There are no returns on special order or clearance items. If you’re returning windows, please pack carefully, as any damage that happens during transit is the responsibility of the customer and no refund will be issued.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping unless:
Item is broken (We must be notified within 10 days of delivery)
The wrong item was shipped
Refused Delivery:
All refused shipments will be refunded for the item only; minus returned shipping and 20% restock fee at this business’s discretion.
Returns on item(s) that were shipped with free shipping will be refunded for the original price of the item; less than the amount it cost us to ship the item(s) to you. If Shed Windows and More, Inc. is at fault, a prepaid tag will be sent.
Damaged FedEx, UPS, & USPS Orders/Shipments:
FedEx, UPS & USPS orders are inspected and carefully packed by our warehouse staff and leave our warehouse in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, you will need to email us photos using the following email address claims@shedwindowsandmore.com, all damage windows must be reported within 5 days of receiving the package(s). When sending an email please include your order number, name, address, and phone number. Once we receive your email, we will contact you and either offer a discount, replacement, or refund.
