Push down mechanism stopped working on a number of bolts in a matter of months. Difficult to get my doors opened now.

I’m using these to act as latches for a home made tonneau cover for my Nissan pickup. They came with several latch plates and one was just better than the one that I was thinking of. I have a few more parts to get before I can start, but these latches will work better than what I’ve envisioned.

this is exactly what I expected - it did the job what I needed it for. the length of the chain is just perfect for my door.

I got two of this for our barn doors and works great! This is great value and nice quality.

It installed easily enough. With more screw holes out could be more adjustable to accommodate large door gaps. I added a shim under striker plate. Screws seemed a bit weak for what this lock is intended.

Have a garden shed with a split hinged door. The one door was fixed in place using barrel bolts top and bottom. Clever idea but a pain had to bend over to open n close. Too old for that. Local hardware pnlt had 9" super duty ones for a barn door -too big & expensive. These were just perfect. Seem sturdy. Includes both floor or ceiling strike plate as well as a square bracket for a surface mount, depending on your situation. Even a little metal bracket to hold the end of the chain in a convenient spot. I used my own square drive screws. Perfect for a small shed or similar light/medium duty if that's what you need.

Works really good i had a different latch on my shed this is alot better and easier to use can't beat the quality and price was easy on the wallet
