Horizontal Window 48" x 12" Double Pane Standard Glass Clear

We r enjoying the window but the only problem was the latch arrived broken. It's a plastic latch isn't sturdy at all. But I did not contact the company to complain at all. We simply remove the metal latch from the old window n placed it on the new window. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives. The window arrived in a timely manner as promised, the price was really good compared to another window. Plus this window size was very difficult for us to find. We went everywhere (we live in a big city) n couldn't find it anywhere. The reason we did not contact the company abt the latch was bcs we didn't want to risk having to send the window back. It was n easy fix n the positives outweighed the negatives. Window looks really nice, works like a charm, n purchasing online n getting the window was very easy. Overall good purchase!
