3-1/2" Barn Hinge

Very heavy duty for the price. I used structural screws instead of the ones that came with the hinges which looked more decorative. I was pleasantly surprised at the size and weight of these hinges. They are big and heavy and likely capable of holding much more than my little picket gates.

These were installed on all our gates here in Florida about 4 years ago. Some of the screws are rusting but the Hinges are still in perfect order.

The hinges arrived very fast and have the same look and feel as similar hinges that sell for $8 - $15 each at Home Depot. These have saved me a ton of money and allowed me to splurge a little more on the other hardware I got for the gates.Because of the low price (and because my gates are extremely heavy, weighing about 150-250lbs each) I used 6 hinges per gate to better distribute the load. So far the hinges are holding up beautifully and using 6 hinges gives it a nice modern look. I used galvanized lag bolts instead of the screws that came with the hinges. There's nothing wrong with the screws, I just prefer the lag bolts because they're stronger and more resistant to rusting.Time will tell how long these hinges hold up, but for now I'm one happy customer! By the way, I used these hinges on three 6' gates (one is 44" wide and the other two are 64" wide).

These hinges are great for my 4’ x 8’ shed doors!

Shed

These hinges are heavy duty. They support doors that I made, that are at least 70lbs.

High quality hinges at an economical price.Very sturdy and easy to install.

These are heavy duty and a great price compared to the local big home supply store.Seems to be identical to the local store.

Great quality and we received this quickly!

Just like the ones you would buy from the big box stores just about half the price. Came with square head driver bolts.

Strong hinges, no door sag on my custom shed doors. Finish has held up well also.

These are good quality hinges with good weight to them, not flimsy and well made. Will work well for my pending gate build project.

These are solid quality and very heavy duty. Way cheaper than the big box stores which were selling one of these for $15. I mortised them on my shed doors and gives a clean look while making them more secure by hiding the screws.

I appreciate that they are solidly built. I'm using these hinges on double barn doors and I have no doubt the doors will fail before the hinges do. Remains to be seen how they withstand the weather during the rest of the year. I do also appreciate that they were barely half the cost of similar hinges at the big box store.

... and these are the ones. Powder coated should beat the weather. Mounted them with an impact driver and the powder coating was undamaged. Screws were a little small for a heavy duty hinge but the cost of heavier screws is a minor inconvenience considering you get 6 for the price of 1 of "the other guys". Exactly what I was looking for.

Great hinges for a heavy door or gate! I found that the provided screws were a little too small for my needs so I used some longer and larger diameter ones. These hinges are a great value at a very reasonable price for a set of 6 hinges!
