Heavy Duty Spring Loaded Barrel Bolt ( Pair )

Used these as a locker no mechanism for a drawerProject I did for the bed of my truck. Solidly built all around and easy to mount. Love the spring loaded action as well as the built in stops to hold the patch open. Simple, convenient, and well built. Make sure you check the measurements for your projects as they were a little bigger then I anticipated but that was my own fault. Nevertheless totally happy with the purchase.

The latches worked great, I used them to secure a double door. I used longer screws than the ones supplied. They lock in the open position for easy use.

Used to secure a set of doors to a storage room that gets alot of use. The previous set of latches fell apart but these units are one solid handle and will stand up to the abuse.

Made of good quality materials. Works smooth. The only improvement would be increasing the length the rod extends away from the bracket.

The barrel bolts appear to be of good quality and rugged.. I expect they will do the job well.

I have 2 of these things holding my non-locking side of my shed door in the closed position. I have no complaints except with the strength of the locking pin. With my door all the way open the bolt sprung down and when I went to shut the door the bolt bent. I put it into my bench vise to bend it back and it broke in two. I just had to order another set because I didn't receive any help when I reached out about the quality of the product.

I wouldn't consider them "heavy duty" but they will surely last for years. Easy to install. Easy to use.
