This is so close to being the perfect shed lock. It is sturdy, adjustable, and well designed... Except, the set screw that sets the depth of the latch is spot welded with 4 of the tiniest spot welds. When I tightened the allen set screw the nut broke the welds with very little pressure. This is for a shed that is hours away from home, so I had to improvise. I drilled a hole through the shaft and threaded the allen screw into it, but now the shaft strength is compromised.
Nice shed door handle.
